Obwohl sie h\u00e4ufig verwendet werden, werden sie aufgrund ihrer \u00c4hnlichkeit oft mit Pflanzen\u00f6len oder Aufg\u00fcssen verwechselt.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was ist ein Mazerat?<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"\">Mazerate<\/a><\/strong> werden durch Mazeration gewonnen. Dabei wird der pflanzliche Rohstoff mit einem bestimmten L\u00f6sungsmittel (Wasser, \u00d6l, Alkohol) bei Raumtemperatur gebeizt. Der Mazerationsprozess kann von einigen zehn Minuten bis zu mehreren Wochen dauern. Aufgrund der Eigenschaften dieses Verfahrens kann jedoch keine vollst\u00e4ndige Extraktion der Wirkstoffe erreicht werden. Das Beizen oder auch \u00c4tzen des Rohstoffs dauert so lange, bis die Konzentrationen der extrahierten Verbindungen zwischen dem L\u00f6sungsmittel und dem Pflanzenmaterial ausgeglichen sind.    <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">.<\/h2>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/naturalpoland.pl\/de\/kategorie\/produkte-fur-die-kosmetikindustrie\/\">Produkte f\u00fcr die Kosmetikindustrie<\/a><strong><\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wie macht man ein Mazerat?<\/h3>\n\n<p>Mazerate k\u00f6nnen aus jedem Teil der Pflanze auf zwei Arten zubereitet werden \u2013 mittels <em>hei\u00dfem<\/em> oder <em>kaltem<\/em> Verfahren. Bei dem kalten Verfahren wird der Rohstoff mit \u00d6l \u00fcbergossen und dann 3 Wochen lang bei Raumtemperatur stehen gelassen, wobei die Substanz t\u00e4glich umger\u00fchrt wird. Bei der Hei\u00dfmazeration wird die Mischung in den ersten 20 Minuten erhitzt, nachdem das \u00d6l \u00fcber den Rohstoff gegossen wurde. Danach findet der eigentliche Mazerationsprozess statt, der mit nur 24 Stunden viel k\u00fcrzer ist. Solche Mazerate werden hergestellt, indem man den Rohstoff mit Wasser bei Raumtemperatur \u00fcbergie\u00dft, normalerweise im Verh\u00e4ltnis 1:20 (Rohstoff : L\u00f6sungsmittel), gr\u00fcndlich umr\u00fchrt und 30 Minuten lang unter gelegentlichem Umr\u00fchren abgedeckt stehen l\u00e4sst. Das Mazerationsverfahren erm\u00f6glicht eine effiziente Verdauung der Schleimstoffe aus dem Rohstoff, w\u00e4hrend die Extraktion anderer Substanzen, die besser in Alkohol oder Fetten l\u00f6slich sind, eingeschr\u00e4nkt wird.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Aufgrund seiner breiten Anwendung ist das Leinsamenmazerat besonders beliebt. Leinsamenmazerat kann aufgrund seines hohen Schleimstoffgehalts und seiner physikochemischen Eigenschaften (Viskosit\u00e4t, Quellf\u00e4higkeit) auf verschiedene Weise verwendet werden.
