This limited availability, manual harvesting method, and precise drying are what determine the high market value of this raw material. <\/p>\n<h2>Properties and Active Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>Saffron is characterized by a rich composition of bioactive substances that determine its sensory and functional properties.
