Sales and product development coordinator
(Location: Warsaw, Poland)
Duties:
- Preparing inquiries, comparing offers and choosing suppliers;
- Controlling buying process;
- Cooperation and making positive relations with suppliers;
- Monitoring these relations;
- Managing database of suppliers, home and abroad;
- Monitoring and predicting customers’ needs;
- Observing competition’s activity, analysing markets, trends, news.
What we expect:
- At least 3 years of experience on similar position in the area of buying for industries of: – food (e.g. oils, food additives, dairy) or – medical (e.g. OTC, RX medicines, rehabilitation, hospital furnishing) or agricultural, knowledge about other industries will be an advantage;
- Skills of managing buying process for variety of materials;
- Fluent english to communicate in international environment (required);
- Higher education or university’s last year;
- Business negotiation skills – experience in professional trade talks, negotiation of prices and selling terms;
- Capability of managing own business activity.

Product development coordinator

(Location: Warsaw, Poland)
Duties:
- Preparing and finishing selling processes in Poland and abroad;
- Searching for new clients, establishing business relations;
- Keeping positive relations with current clients;
- Managing of full ordering process – making inquiries, preparing offers, making orders and taking responsibility for timing;
- Observing competition’s activity, analysing markets, trends, news.
What we expect:
- Knowledge of Chinese language at a level that allows understanding of documentation, preparation of commercial offers and communication with contractors in the implementation of product development,
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word),
- Ability to organize own work and work in a team,
- High interpersonal and communication skills,
- Consistency, reliability, conscientiousness and responsibility,
- Good manners;
