§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. This Privacy Policy applies to all aspects of personal data processing on the naturalpoland.com website (hereinafter referred to as the “WEBSITE”), operated by STRZELCZYK Sp. z o.o. with registered office in Warsaw (formerly: “BRACIA STRZELCZYK” WITOLD STRZELCZYK), ul. Marszałkowska 58/11 and 12, 00-545 Warsaw, NIP: 7011162661, KRS: 0001055409, hereinafter referred to as “ADMINISTRATOR”.

  3. Personal data of the WEBSITE Users are processed in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament.
    and Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016. on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of
    personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (general
    Data Protection Regulation, RODO; OJ. EU. L. of 2016. No. 119, p. 1, as amended).

§2 PERSONAL DATA

  1. Personal data of the WEBSITE Users are processed for the following purposes:
    • handling of “cookies”, i.e. Analysis of the way the User uses and navigates the INTERNET WEBSITE in order to adapt it to the needs and behavior of Users – the legal basis for data processing is the ADMINISTRATOR’s legitimate interest, described in the “cookies” policy, according to Art. 6 sec. 1(f) RODO;
    • responding to a message sent via a contact form or to ADMINISTRATOR’s e-mail address or providing an offer – the legal basis for data processing is ADMINISTRATOR’s legitimate interest in processing User’s data for the purpose of communication with him/her in accordance with Art. 6 sec. 1(f) of the RODO and the necessary nature of the processing to take action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1(b);
    • Sending newsletters – the legal basis for data processing is the consent of the data subject for processing for one or more specified purposes (Article 6(1)(a) RODO).
  2. The ADMINISTRATOR ensures that it protects the data of the Users of the WEBSITE (including by using the SSL protocol) in accordance with applicable law and information security standards.
  3. Recipients of personal data of the Users of the WEBSITE may be partners cooperating with ADMINISTRATOR within its organizational structure, as well as entities processing data on behalf of ADMINISTRATOR, on the basis of concluded agreements on entrustment of personal data processing.
  4. External tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager, transmit data on the use of the WEBSITE to the service provider, i.e. Google LLC, outside the European Economic Area. The data is transferred to the United States, where, under certain national security programs, US public authorities may gain access to your data.
  5. Personal data will be stored for the following period:
    • data processed for the handling of “cookies” – until the expiration or deletion by the User of “cookies” used for analytical purposes,
    • data processed for the purpose of responding or providing an offer – until the withdrawal of consent or the statute of limitations for claims,
    • data processed for the purpose of sending newsletters – until consent is withdrawn.
  6. You are entitled to (subject to the basis of processing):
    • The right to access your personal data and to receive a copy of it,
    • The right to rectify (amend) your data,
    • The right to request erasure or restriction of data processing,
    • The right to object to data processing,
    • The right to data portability,
    • The right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, in case the processing of your personal data is deemed to violate the provisions of the RODO,
    • The right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal; withdrawal of consent can be done by sending an email to: kontakt@naturalpoland.pl.
  7. The consequences of not providing data are as follows:
    • in the case of data processed for the purpose of handling “cookies” – the inability to take into account preferences regarding the use of the WEBSITE
    • in the case of data processed for the purpose of responding or providing an offer – it is not possible to respond to the inquiry sent,
    • In the case of data processed for the purpose of sending newsletters – it is not possible to send newsletters.

§3 COOKIES POLICY

  1. “Cookies” are textual information sent by a web server to the device used by the User
    when using the WEBSITE.
  2. Cookies are used by ADMINISTRATOR to ensure proper operation of the WEBSITE, provide
    security, adaptation of the contents of the WEBSITE to the Users’ preferences (e.g. version selection
    language), to compile statistics, and to provide Users with advertising content more tailored to the
    their interests.
  3. The WEBSITE users can change the cookie settings at any time.
  4. Detailed information about the possibility and ways of handling cookies is available in your browser settings
    Internet.
  5. In addition, the WEBSITE USER can set the scope of saving cookies in the Cookies Settings.
    “cookies” by the web server, however, restrictions on their use may adversely affect some functions
    available on the WEBSITE.
  6. By using the WEBSITE, you consent to the use of “cookies” in accordance with this policy
    privacy.
