Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1 (Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1) belongs to the signal peptide group and is a chemical modification of the better-known GHK peptide. It sends information to the cells about the need for skin regeneration action and stimulates them to increase production of collagen and glycosaminoglycans. It supports skin repair processes associated with sun damage, irritation and also helps smooth even deep wrinkles.
Due to its physical and chemical properties, this peptide should not be combined with acids. However, it works great in combination with retinol, with which they mutually enhance their effects.
