Cinnamon oil is popular in aromatherapy. Its intense, spicy fragrance raises energy levels and aids concentration. Thanks to its content of antibacterial compounds, such as cinnamaldehyde, this oil works well for problematic skin prone to eczema and impurities. This product is also used topically in relaxing and warming massages, especially for muscle or joint pain. Cinnamon oil is also used as a natural insect repellent. Active ingredients in cinnamon oil:
