Yes, at Natural Poland we value the loyalty of our customers and appreciate large orders. For regular customers and for larger orders, we are able to offer attractive discounts.
Due to the dynamic nature of the food and cosmetic raw materials market, we do not maintain a fixed price list. The prices of our products depend on a number of factors, such as current production prices, currency exchange rates, transportation costs and other factors that can change on an ongoing basis.
When we receive your quote request, we will contact partners directly to get the most up-to-date prices. We will then prepare a customized quotation for you that takes this latest information into account.
Yes, we understand that samples may be necessary to assess the quality of our products before placing a larger order. That’s why we offer the option to order samples for most of our food and cosmetic raw materials.

If you have received a shipment with damaged goods, follow the steps below:

- Contact the order taker or customer service as soon as possible after receiving the damaged shipment. Inform us of the problem and attach photos.
- After receiving the above information, our staff will contact you to discuss possible solutions.
