Black seed scrub can be applied to the whole body – including the face. It can be prepared on the oil base or added to liquid soaps. Exfoliating soap bars are also an interesting alternative.
Exfoliating cosmetics should be used once a week or to prepare the skin for other skin care treatments, e.g. before applying a mask, in order to apply it to well-cleansed skin.
