Types of Cream Flavors
Natural cream flavor captures the authentic, sweet character of cream with a milky note, while maintaining high temperature resistance. It is intended for applications requiring heat treatment – in baking or supplement production.
Liquid cream flavors include a wide range of profiles, including the classic rendition of aromatic, sugared cream with honey and almond accents, as well as more complex compositions – e.g., “Creme de la Creme”, which combine sweet vanilla and sour cream in the style of vanilla cream cheeses and milk ice creams. Variants such as “Cornish Cream” or “Śmietankowy Cukierniczy” introduce creamy-vanilla, citrus, and biscuit notes, ideal for desserts, creams, and ice cream products.
Specialized versions for baking are also available, characterized by a sweet-sour profile and creamy depth (“Śmietankowy do wypieków “, “Śmietanki kremowej”). Concentrated variants allow for an intense effect with smaller dosing.
Powdered flavors, in turn, offer high stability and wide application possibilities in instant powders, dietary supplements, and functional blends. They recreate the character of sugared, honey-almond cream or sour cream with an intense, milky profile.
Flavor variants are available in carriers such as glycol and triacetin.
