The use of palmitoyl tripeptide-8 is recommended in a wide range of skin care products, such as gels, lotions, AM/PM creams, eye serums and face masks. This product provides relief from skin irritation, has anti-inflammatory and anti-allergenic effects, and soothes the effects of external stimuli.
The recommended concentration of the additive in cosmetic products is between 0.0005% and 0.01%. Palmitoyl tripeptide-8 is especially recommended for products dedicated to sensitive, irritation-prone skin, as well as for products aimed at alleviating the effects of skin aging.
